PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING MEDICAL CLEARANCE DOWNLOAD MEDICAL CLEARANCE TEMPLATE
All runners participating in street races in Capital Federal (Buenos Aires) of 5 km or more must present a valid Medical Clearance certificate at the time of registration or kit pickup. Runners who do not have or fail to present this certificate will not be able to register for the event. In the event that they have already paid the registration fee, they will not be able to collect their kit.
LAW 5397 - GYMS - OPERATION - REGULATION - AMENDMENT (CHAPTER LL, ARTICLE 11)
CHAPTER II - STREET RACES
- Article 11.- Street races are defined as competitions of 5 km or more where the participation or gathering of people is such that it cannot be considered an individual sporting practice.
- Article 12.- It will be mandatory to present a Physical Fitness Certificate (Medical Clearance) for participation. This certificate will be valid for a maximum of 1 (one) year from the date of issue.
- Article 13.- The organizers of the events mentioned in Article 1 must require participants to present a Physical Fitness Certificate (Medical Clearance) at the time of registration and prior to engaging in any sports activity or practice. On the day of registration, participants must show the original Medical Clearance and provide organizers with a photocopy.
- Article 14.-The Physical Fitness Certificate (Medical Clearance) must be issued by a licensed medical professional following an evaluation of the individual.
